This somewhat odd ad series is from Vogue Italia, October 1990. Despite the distortion, it really does seem to be HSW.

2003 FW Franck Sorbier. The first one is only a thumbnail, from Pinterest. Can't find the full-size version. In the last one, HSW is on the left at the back. This is the only runway appearance I know of between 1999 SS Herve Leger and 2004 SS Katoucha.
