The Mets totally annihilated the D-Backs this weekend. I must admit, with that emphatic 4-game sweep, the Mets are the best team in NL -- hands down. The Phillies are 6 1/2 games behind while the Braves are 10 out in the NL East. It's time for the Mets to finally put these teams to bed.

I thought the Dodgers were better than they turned out to be. It was nice to see Nomar playing well again. Our top prospect, Lastings Milledge, has also been playing great. He looks like a keeper. The Mets have had at least one rained out or rain delayed game once a week for the past month. It's about time that the Yanks had one also.

The Mets just won their ballgame against the Dodgers. I am dying to know what names are on Jason Grimsley's affidavit.
