Finished 4 1/2 hrs out of 45 for Dance of Dragons. It's been a much better experience than Feast for Crows once the focus moves back to Dany's conquests and Stannis/Jon Snow. I feel like I'm reading Storm of Swords again. I think the main problem with Feast for Crows is the inertia of the plot. Cersei's content starts off good but gets overlong. Sam-Gily and all of Brienne's content are obnoxious and overlong. Asha is obnoxious and overlong. Neither the Dorne/Sand snakes or the Ironborn are that compelling. These character POVs are the weaker parts of the Song of Ice and Fire.

HBO just released this. There is speculation that HBO will announce the Jon Snow GOT show soon. This is supposed to take place after Season 8 and focuses on him IIRC.

Everything is noticeably more sharp and with more details but not as natural looking as the original game on the highest settings. Maybe I'll get use to it once I see more. My brain is too used to the old W3.

Continued with Dance of Dragons. I realize that I miss Jon Snow, Stannis, Dany etc. the most. Varamyr didn't make it to the show and I am thinking that this is an important character for understanding Bran. GRRM has said that Bran is the most difficult character for him to write.
She has a model/actress like figure. Definitely one of the best looking politicians in the world.
She has very piercing eyes and looks like a Queen. Like Cersei Lannister lol.
Armored Core is older than Souls. I remember playing Armored Core 1 and 2 as a child! I really like Ubisoft For Honor's combat system. What I think would be interesting is if they combined For Honor with Souls.

GRRM in the last two appearances looks apprehensive and not like his old self, where in many appearances he was relaxed, funny, and in triumph. This issue of not so critically successful S8 and not finishing Winds of Winter continues to dog him.
I find her attractive although from what I've seen she looks too 'modern'. I think of more a classical look, like an ancient appearance. Finished Feast for Crows. Dance of Dragons is supposed to be the 4th best novel by fans. I feel asleep during the first 1 1/2 hrs of the book, which is not a good sign..can't help but feel like GRRM can't maintain the same quality as Storm of Swords going forward.
