What is also interesting about the HAMAS offensive is how it is timed with the ending of the Ukraine-NATO counteroffensive. I think this was intentional, and meant to spark a dilemma in the West. At the same time Russian and proxy forces have encircled the fortified city of Advvika these past 3 weeks and yesterday they took the slag hill, meaning that the high ground is largely in Russian hands now.

Nothing about US politics is consistent, it's a deranged mess. There is belief that the US should focus on our own awful problems than engage in endless wars (I believe this too) that has groups in both left and right. It's also a race issue. Conservatives & Liberals have people in both camps. Some conservatives hate Jews more, some conservatives hate Muslims more.

It should be measured with military reality: Currently Ukraine has no chance of winning the war and having a good future and there is more evidence that the war is strengthening Russia than weaking it, and it is intentionally meant to be as long by design. Also Ukraine, European NATO and the US is military incompetent. The only logical thing is to negotiate a termination of the conflict. Israel issue is split, both left and right have people in the pro- and no stance based on whether or not you think Israeli is a war criminal state or if you don't like Muslims. It is also unknown if the Israeli army is capable enough to take over GAZA which is a fortress.
