The Russian continue to squat on occupied territory and are busy increasing military production, recruiting, and developing their reserve army for the second invasion. In the current situation the only way to take the 4 occupied provinces is for the US/NATO to use nuclear weapons and engage in nuclear war with Russia. Likewise, the only way Russia can destroy the Ukrainian army in the near term is to use nuclear weapons.

Only an administration who thinks that the potential use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine & Israel is 0% would make such a statement lol.
