I thought he was kind of strange person. He looked a bit like Aragorn (disheveled, good looking) but unlike Viggo there is a creepiness to his presence. Did you suspect that he was Sauron when you first watched it? I didn't catch on to the twist in the beginning at all. It seems that they were vaguely trying to make Sauron 'misunderstood' evil, which isn't bad if it is implemented correctly, which it was not. I think it would have interesting if they made Galadriel & Sauron BFF & even more romantically inclined lol. There are slight hints to that in later episodes. my impression from reading the Simarillion is that Tolkein's concept for Sauron was not so much like the one used in Rings of Power, but someone very similar to Satan in Milton's Paradise Lost: In human form he is attractive and charismatic & skilled in the rhetorical arts/arts of persuasion in which he used to his advantage.

@Enrico_sw @SympathysSilhouette This CDPR comic (1 out of 5) is the sequel to Witcher 3 blood & Wine. The first issue is pretty solid- it starts with Geralt as a winemaker. Interestingly it starts off with Yennefer visiting Geralt at his house some time after the events of B & W, which is not what happened in the game. In the game if the player went with Yenn, she visits and settles down. It's pretty good! sucks that there is no ciri or anyone else but yenn though. it looks like Vampires are still a problem in Touissant

It's desperate and insane imho! The Amazon series and this new effort are literally based on a bunch of paragraphs from the Simarillion etc., which is why they are badly written. The hobbit is a very simple story, literally just 1 movie's worth and no more. In the middle of production Peter Jackson was forced to expand it from 2 to 3 movies due to the greed for $ lol.

5/10: there are a lot of claims of Russian ground recon- north of Kharkiv- the first since 2022 with infiltration against 4 border towns. For the past few months the Ukrainians have been making noise and preparing for a ground assault in the Kharkiv axis. If the Russians re-activate this front in a serious manner like in 2022 they could potentially draw off so many Ukrainian units that the entire Donbass will soften up. They claim: Russian Army Group North: 50,000 men with 400 tanks + 930 AFV + 1100 Artillery/MLRS systems + 6 Self-propelled Iskander Missile launchers with 51+ infantry battalions (approx. 26,000 infantry) If these claims are real this force is sufficient to re-envelop Kharkiv but not take it, reestablishing the situation in 2022 with a theater that actively pinned down a lot of Ukrainian units.

I am far more into models than actresses/celebs but here are the best 5: In terms of looks Brooke shields is the best but Jenn Connelly's personality and acting skills put her on top. Taylor of course, the great pop star. Elle & Alex are currently the most beautiful A-list actresses for me. 1. 2. 3. 4. others: Kate Beckinsale, Keira Knightley, Charlize Theron, Rachel Mcadams, etc off the top of my head
