GREAT FIGHT!!! :lullaby: The scoriing was on some BULLSHIT, Though. I had Juan Manuel Marquez winning over Marco Antonio Barrera 7 rounds to 4, with one round even. The even round was the 7th. Marquez was winning the round until Barrera knocked him down. Referee Jay Nady ruled it a slip, and he penalized Barrera for hitting Marquez when he was already down. Angel 717, are u Philpino by any chance?

It is Monday, and I can't wait for the weekend to COME!!! The reason for that is because, on HBO PPV, Marco Antonio Barrera will be fighting Juan Manuel Marquez!!! :lullaby: Both are from Mexico City, both have a lot to prove. Plus, when you have 2 Mexicans in the ring with each other, more often than not, it will be ENTERTAINING!!! Both men are good boxers, but Marquez goes in there with a game plan, and sticks to it. Barrera can be technical when he needs to be, but he will brawl if he feels he is a class above the fighter he is facing. All in all, I have no idea who is gonna win. I'm not particularly rooting for either one. Either way, the winner will be facing MANNY PACQUIAO NEXT!!!
  3. Thanks for getting my point, but I'm a he.
  4. They need more women with "normal" bodies, like Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum. Sure, they were tall, but were also well proportioned. They also need more famous models, women who are famous then just being a model. Heidi has the "Project Runway" show, and Tyra would do a movie here and there.

Boxing is BACK!!! Tonight, Miguel Cotto is fighting Oktay Urkal for the WBA welterweight title. Later this month on March 17th, Marco Antonio Barrera is fighting Juan Manuel Marquez for the WBA super featherweight title. Who ever wins the Barrera-Marquez fight is in line for a 2nd fight against MANNY PACQUIAO!!!
  6. I glad that Forest Whitaker won for "Last King of Scotland". He is one of the greatest and underrated actors OF ALL TIME!!! Bout time he got his PROPS!!!

I'm bummed that the Bears lost. Congrats to the Colts for winning the Super Bowl. Props have to go out to Tony Dungy for being the first BLACK/AFRICAN-AMERICAN COACH to win a SUPER BOWL!!!

It doesn't get much better than this. Two black coaches in the Super Bowl, historic. A black coach, either way, will be the first one to win a Super Bowl, historic. Not to mention, febuary is BLACK HISTORY MONTH!!! Ironic, isn't it?

The cool thing about this Super Bowl is that history will be made. The first two Black/African-American coaches to go a Super Bowl, and who ever wins will be the first such coach to win a Super Bowl. Still, the Bears are MY TEAM!!! GO BEARS!!!
  12. I also doubt that Adriana, Laetitia Casta, and Josie Moran have fake boobs. Tyra doesn't have fake boobs AT ALL!!! She put that rumor to rest a long time ago. When she first started her talk show, she had an episode when she had all the males leave the audience, and had a real doctor inspect her breasts. The doctor concurred that her breasts were indeed real. You aslo have to remember many of these models wear push up bras, which make their breasts look bigger than they actually are. Now, we can get back to the main topic.
  13. MADRID (AFP) - Leading Spanish fashion houses including Inditex and flagship brand Zara agreed an unprecedented move to draw up a beauty "canon" including harmonising dress sizes after a recent storm over the number of young women suffering from anorexia. The 12-point package of measures, or beauty "charter" -- drawn up with the health ministry -- includes a stipulation that shop windows display sizes of 38 minimum (size 10 in Britain, eight in the United States) and that size-46 apparel be placed in easy view in stores under the generic label "large sizes." In a joint statement the couturiers said they intended to harmonise sizes in a bid to reduce the possibility of "consumer error" with sizes currently not in sync from one firm to the next. Aside from Zara, other signatories included Cortefiel, Mango and chain store Corte Ingles as the Spanish firms, most of whom also sell their wares abroad, are reacting to concerns that anorexia is on the rise and that models are "excessively thin." The charter, whose measures will be progressively introduced, aims to mark a break with showcasing models of beauty which are "impossible to reach for most people" and "can contribute to serious health disorders," such as anorexia, a health ministry statement said. The measures are based on a biometric study of 8,500 Spanish women aged between 12 and 70 begun earlier this year, the ministry said. Last year, Madrid's prestigious Pasarela Cibeles fashion show banned five models from participating because they did not meet World Health Organisation (WHO) weight guidelines. A Madrid regional law aimed at fighting anorexia also ensured the five were discarded from last September's event when it emerged their body mass index (BMI), calculated on a height-weight ratio was under 18 (56 kilograms for 1.75 meters or 123 pounds for five feet eight inches). And earlier this month, Madrid authorities this week took the fight against anorexia into cyberspace by forcing the closure of a website promoting the ideal that it's hip to be thin, after lambasting the site for publicising a competition offering would-be models prizes for losing weight. Recent studies estimate that more than 100,000 Spanish women are anorexic and that up to half a million Spaniards suffer from various food-related disorders. http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20070123/lf_af...in_070123175627 Now shop windows in Spain are gonna show sizes of 8 minumum?

Damn!!! So much for SD going to the Super Bowl. Indy vs. New England for the AFC Championship. Peyton, your nightmare has COME TRUE!!! Thank God my Chi-town Bears got their shit together. GO BEARS!!!
  15. Fair enough. I can swing with that. Some real talk as well. It's not like I always find mixed women more attractive than a women who is %100 white, %100 asian; etc. Matter of fact, when I was in college at San Francisco State, I had a thing for this Chinese girl. However, she wasn't into me at all. Actually, she was only into other Chinese guys. Not like I dissed her for being that way. Everybody has their own preference.

Tyson was crazy, too. He still got schooled. Pacquiao is one of the best P4P boxers right now, but he has lost 3 times in his career. Juan Manuel Marquez gave the blueprint on beating him. Marquez would have won their fight if he didn't get knocked down 3 times in the 1st round. Anyway, Pacquiao is having some contract problems right now that need to be settled in court. So, in the meantime, Marquez is gonna face another tough Mexican in Marco Antonio Barrera. That should be a pretty entertaining fight.
  17. Sup, ladies? It's K_Dub. Even though, this is the Girl Talk thread and I'm a man, I thought this topic would get the most responses here. Even though I believe that beautiful women come in all shapes, sizes and colors, I tend to find racially mixed women to be more attractive then women who are just of one race. And that doesn't just go for celebrities, either. When I'm out and about, I see women who are racially mixed, and I tend to find them more attractive then other women. So, I was just wondering if the ladies feel the same that I do. So, how about ladies? Do men like Derek Jeter, Wentworth Miller, Tyson Beckford, and Anthony Kiedis(he's part Native American) do it for you the way Adriana Lima, Jessica Alba, Norah Jones, and Halle Berry does it for me?
  18. Prison Break, no doubt. Has the same energy of 24. Keeps you at the end of YOUR SEAT!!!
  19. People hate other people for different reasons. I personally like Gisele, and I'm not sure why some people hate her. If people hate Naomi Campell, that I UNDERSTAND!!! She seems to have a arrogant, bad attitude, throwing cellphones at people and beating up on her personal assistants.

Had a feeling that KK shoes coming apart was BS!!! I don't get it. Why does VS think they need to do that, ADD MISTAKES?! I just recently saw the version of the fashion show the VS put up on their website. KK walked down the runway, hit her pose, and walked back WITHOUT INCIDENT!!! They did the same thing with Natasha Poly last year. I know somebody will say they did that for dramatic effect, but still, I rather see the fashion show in its ORIGINAL FORM!!!

I hope so too. Wouldn't worry about it, though. The critics seem to like the show. I don't how to check for cable ratings. However, I think that the show is just going on hiatus to make room for the 2nd season of "Sleeper Cell", which is also a great show.
