Alright, so the second girl is Jenny Albright with Elite Models Miami.
Are you sure it's the same girl? Some of the pictures appear to be Anja Rubik, while others appear... not to be. I could be wrong though, so you might want to wait for confirmation from someone else...

Thanks so much for the info, DollyDorkface! I can't believe I missed that; I watch that show all the time (Don't judge me). It's great to see her doing some acting stuff, even if it is just a tiny thing for Big Time Rush. Right now I'm working on getting some HQ screencaps of her from the show and should have them within the next couple of days. For now, here are a couple of pictures of her for Bloomingdales:

Alright, I downloaded SUPER from the link provided by maddog and I tried converting my video just the way maddog had shown the example in his picture, but whenever I try, I keep geeting an error message. In fact, I get an error message not just when I try to convert .swf to .flv, but when i try to convert anything to anything! Ugh, maybe it's just me? Anywho, would anybody be able to explain to me what wrong and how I can fix OR does anyone know of any other FREE programs that will convert .swf videos to .flv, or any video format, really, for that matter? Many, many thanks in advance!
