They're not really any less dangerous.
They usually do that when there's some kind of tie-in, like when they did some videos for SELF or whichever magazine.

Day 1 : Doutzen is so adorable. Gong Li was missing from both lists, although Barbara Palvin wasn't there either, so the second list is still more likely (as evidenced by Doutzen's Instagram).
What I meant is that the pic they're using is one of Karlie from last year's Christmas commercial.
