Ugh. One word: recession. And even then, Izabel and Selita didn't even rank on the Forbes list of the top 15 paid models back when they were Angels, meaning that even back then their Angel contract plus all the rest of their work didn't add up to $2,000,000. Adriana is paid more than Candice who is paid more than Lily. Being an Angel just means a somewhat exclusive spokesperson. Each one of them has a different contract, a different exclusivity, a different workload and a different paycheck. Lais only has a catalog/commercial contract like ABB or Oluchi back in the days. And the new Angels will get announced when they get announced. /rant

She was revealed as an Angel in late 2010 (like August or September). So she would be a shoo-in for this show and have an option on the next.

Well, Sara wasn't cast in the VSFS for her first year as a "PINK spokesmodel" so I don't think it means anything and they still had her do 3 events already and have her on the every damn PINK related stuff.

The current PINK spokesmodel is Rachel Hilbert, though.

TBH, I don't get why they didn't put Karlie (and Chanel) in PINK first. I mean, they were able to leave Behati and Elsa there for years for them solidify their "fan base" and the two models that could have catered to that market were thrown into mainline right off the bat. Also, I don't find any of the women in the above video sexy.

She's really pulling out all the stops for that beauty line but I don't think it's garnering nearly as much attention as she'd hoped.
