I think these are in the thread? At least I think I've seen them. But not in the last couple of pages, and a search didn't turn them up, so ... Numero October 2008. http://haileynathalya.tumblr.com/post/1933...magazine-numero http://haileynathalya.tumblr.com/post/1933...ro-october-2008

I see a similarity, but I don't think it is. It's hard for me to tell because the image resolution is not so good. Both models' faces look like they might have been digitally worked over -- the highlights and lighting in general in their faces looks a little weird. To me, anyway.

Super low quality, through Twitter, from an appearance on the set of some cooking show: http://twitpic.com/iovgl

Oooooh. Thanks for all those MissParker!

Hi Jean, Welcome! If you ask one of the forum moderators to change the title of the thread to "Deidre McGuire" instead of "Looking for", I think that should be fine. Deidre doesn't seem to have a thread here, so you can just start one for her. Is your blog "models with short hair"? Is that right? My French skills are très faible. But, Jean! Where was Sarah O'Hare?! Any blog about models with short hair has to include Sarah O'Hare. http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?showtopic=11902

Looks good. Thanks for your reply, and attention to the issue. And, of course, it's not like I continually have account-freezing issues and expect to be a frequent customer of the service. Thank you again, also, for fixing my issue previously. (Did you notice that it was exactly 365 days later, that I reposted it in another thread? That was just a coincidence. Honest. )

^ 1st and 3rd new to me. Thanks, Punk. I really like the first one, with the blazer. That's a nice shot of Krissy.

Yes, thanks missparker! Nice editorial. I think "pizzo" --> "lace" and "capriccioso" --> "whimsical" Good title for that edit. Say what you want, but I also really liked that ship!

Did I mention that I hate that thing in her hair? It looks like she tried to throw away a banana peel, but had it boomerang back on her. Right into her hair.

Hi Karina, welcome to Bellazon! Glad you joined! And WOW! Those are new to me. That's some very early work. Love it! Carla looks so young!

It's interesting how many covers that photo-shoot seems to have got. There are at least four: Italian AMICA Aug 1992 Australian COSMO Dec 1992 South African FAIR LADY 13 Jan 1993 Australian THE NEW WEEKLY 9 May 1994 I'm sure it's also a layout, I think in FAIR LADY, but I can't remember exactly, or find it. Australian GIRLFRIEND Aug 1993 I hate that wrap in her hair.

Yes, agree. Great, great find. Thanks, Punk! I think it must be http://www.bew.com.pl/Main.aspx?req=Index.aspx The logo is the same. I can't get the site to work for me, though. I keep getting error message after error message.

Chrystele Saint Louis Augustin
steve with an s replied to penny-dreaddfull's topic in Female Fashion Models
Thought this was a very pretty picture of Chrystele. Searched the thread for it, and looked last 4 pages. On eBay, 1994 ELLE Paris: (trying again ... for some reason, I'm having trouble linking to eBay pages?) http://cgi.ebay.com/ELLE-PARIS-December-19...p3286.m20.l1116 -
The figure/pose looks good for a match, but I don't think either of them are Niki. One thing is that there is no tattoo on the right foot. She has that sort of "brown dial" tattoo on her foot, and though I don't know exactly when she got it (that would help so much to place dates), it's there in some shots from her 1994 calendar. The tattoo could be covered with make-up, of course, but I don't think it's Niki. I liked the pictures, though. John posted all the Ocean Drive covers I know, and in the contact sheet you posted, all the ones with Niki are indeed real.

This swimsuit editorial is just gorgeous. Does anyone knows the name of the magazine and date it appeared in? I believe the editorial is "The Oh-So-Serious Swimsuit", in Mademoiselle. Sorry, but I don't know the date.

So, anyone want to predict the Wild Cards (and the AL Central!)? It looks like the other divisions are close to set. Cardinals won't be caught, Phillies also look like a lock, Dodgers should go. Yankees and probably Angels. What do you think for the Wild Cards and the AL Central? Tigers and Twins looks like it will be a good race to the end. I don't see either team often enough to really be able to pick one. Nice that they have that 4-game series at the end of the month (@ Tigers). I think it's Red Sox and Rockies for the Wild Cards. Hope I am wrong, but I just don't think the Giants can do it. They have a tougher schedule than the Rockies over the final month, they've struggled with their #5 starter and are now going to try Penny, and now have also been bitten by the injury bug (their 2, 3, and 4 hitters!). Giants called up their rookie, #1 catching prospect from AAA today, something that the organization has repeatedly said was not going to happen this year. Hope I am wrong, but I just don't think the Giants can do it.

Apparently, Niki is teaming up with "pork". No, not government waste ... pork, "the other white meat". No, seriously. http://www.wschicago.com/Pork_NationalEatT...k_09/index.html There is a one-page bio (pdf) for Niki linked on that page. And a large (3000X2000 px!) current picture of her family: http://www.wschicago.com/Pork_NationalEatT...aylorFamily.JPG

Have you seen the film Angel-A? I think you might like it.

He was awesome in his game against the Giants (his first in the NL). That was the best performance by a visiting pitcher I have seen this year (though I haven't seen all the games). He was just great. Giants handed a crushing walk-off loss tonight. Ugh.

Sheila posted these in Claudia Schiffer's thread.

These were really fabulous, Sheila! Would you mind if I put the ones with Niki Taylor into her thread here on BZ? I'm going to guess that you will say "Fine okay", and just go ahead for now. I'll quote you and just move them over.

I think that looks like a good ID. Nice job, dionyx. (Y)
-
Lindsay Ellingson Thanks for the ID. I passed by the VS store downtown today, and I wondered who the model in the window was.
-
Okay, thanks. I'm not really confident/comfortable with Sarah O'Hare for that ID either. But if I had to guess ... I mean, I just had to guess ...
