  2. Thanks for all those. I especially like all the runway stuff. !
  3. Thanks for your post. I don't think I've ever seen the whole catalog advert put together, so that's really nice. Is it Spiegel???
  4. I wish I had paid more attention to all the models I didn't know while that forum was still going. But I was so busy with work and there were just so many rare models, that I could never keep up. Georgia was a really good forum moderator, and I miss her. Here is the direct link to Carrie's page on Marlowe's site: http://www.modelscomposites.com/getlist.ph...on&year=all New York Magazine has this cover credited as Carrie, but I think it's actually Ashley: http://books.google.com/books?id=IOUCAAAAM...;q=&f=false There is a great editorial in that issue, and Carrie is featured (along with Hunter Reno, Rachel Hunter, and Ashley): http://books.google.com/books?id=IOUCAAAAM...;q=&f=false http://books.google.com/books?id=IOUCAAAAM...;q=&f=false
  5. this particular pic is in the "Orphans" link in my signature
  6. Yes, agree. That's a great ad. Thanks for your post!
  7. Thanks for your reply! I am not so confident it is Debbie. Here is the best profile of Debbie Deitering I saw from her thread (scan by Phil, http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?showtopic=13131 ) side-by-side I don't think they are both Debbie. Do you agree? Thank you very much for your suggestion. it is debbie deiteringShe isn't........................ not at all!She isn't Linda Evangelista? Or she isn't Debbie Deitering? Or she isn't either?
  8. ^ Oh, those are nice. Thanks for your posts.
  9. Oh, that's interesting. Thanks for your reply. Did they include Joan Severance?
  10. Could you please provide more info on how to disable the script for Imagebam? Thanks! NoScript is an extension/add-on for Firefox. http://noscript.net/ To add it, use Tools > Add-ons and then either search or browse for "noscript". By default, NoScript disables java and javascript. You can give temporary permission for a site to run java/script, or give permission permanently with your own "trusted" list, and the extension installs with a couple of major/core sites (like Mozilla.org) already on that list (you can block them if you want). So, by default, when you visit a page hosted by Imagebam, that page will not have permission to run java or javascript. With NoScript, you don't "disable" scripts for Imagebam, or any other site: NoScript defaults to that behavior, and it's up to you to "enable" scripts. NoScript is very useful for browsing, though many sites lose some functionality. Sometimes, without javascript, sites are totally broken. You can see the dialogue for allowing/forbidding a site in this screencap. See the small menu, bottom-right. By default, imagebam.com has been forbidden from running java and javascript. You click on the tray-icon small "S" with the slash through it to get to NoScript's menu.
  11. Hey, those are great! And those were all new to me. Thanks for your posts. Do you know the publication/date for the "Sophisticated Ladies" pic?
  12. ^ Thanks for the link. The site didn't work for me either.
  13. Hard to remember over 100+ pages, but I think a couple of them are. ! (And even if not, certainly welcome again.) Thanks for your posts!

Oh I don't mind McCarver. He's alright. Why don't you like him? One thing I liked about his recent effort was that at the end of Game 6, he backed off some and let the crowd noise and the event itself take over. He hadn't said something for so long at one point, I wondered if he'd left the booth. I don't like one of our (SF Giants) broadcasters much: Dave Flemming. Not my favorite, certainly. He has a whining style, and the word "whatnot" frequents his call. Not an actual player, and it shows. It's like listening to a high-school Varsity football game as described by the book-smart, diminutive, whining captain of the Freshman Chess Club. But Bob Costas actually gets my vote for Worst. I'm so glad we don't have him announcing the WS. He has a "twerp" factor that's over the top for me (so does Flemming, in my opinion, but Flemming is Costas-lite). Technically not an announcer, I think, but Jim Gray is also worthy of a mention.
  15. I also thought her coaching was good. When she was on location for the shoot, I thought she did a nice job working with the girls.

Hey, congrats to the Yankees and their fans. I thought that was an enjoyable series, and I'm disappointed we didn't get a Game 7. I was surprised Martinez took two Losses (and Pettite two Wins). Utley had a nice series. Howard, not so much (obviously). When Pedro was out here (Feliz, not Martinez), he played an excellent defensive third base. The bare-hander he turned tonight was typical. The Giants had been playing him as their fourth outfielder for a couple of years, and then he moved to third.
  17. Just a suggestion: With that many pictures, it would help if you also included reference numbers (#1, then the picture, #2 then that picture, and so on). You can also use the "Manage Current Attachments" dialogue to put the pictures directly into your post. That allows people to directly quote an image. It's more work (and a lot more), but that way, people can reference your ID pictures easily. concur Second to last is Carole Bouquet. http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?showtopic=15919
  18. When someone says "athletic", "dancer-like" legs, I certainly think of
  19. Yup. It's "Judit" without an "h", which is why you might not have found her if you searched for "Judith". But I'm sure some friendly moderator will be along soon and merge the affair.
  20. Thanks for your help. Here is her page on Marlowe's site (there is a really nice early card for her from '88): http://www.modelscomposites.com/getlist.ph...io&year=all

I thought this was a good cartoon. Pas de deux is a ballet, of course. http://thecomicnews.com/edtoons/current/weekly/other/07.php
  23. Somewhat annoying that she just deleted the account. The only reason I had signed up for Twitter was because she is a favorite and I wanted to add my support. She could at least have given the "I realized I'm too busy with work/family to continue with Twitter. Thanks and good luck everyone" so-long. One thing about her "tweets", though, is that I didn't think that Twitter was a good venue for what she had to say (or I don't understand Twitter). Her "tweets" were friendly, conversational things. "What television shows do you like to watch?" And things like that. They weren't "What are you doing right now?", and she was asking conversational things but never updating with replies. I actually liked the things she posted more, but anyway. I bet it's hard to be a celebrity, and offer that kind of direct, personal access to your (occasionally obsessed) fans, though.
  24. Thanks, Punk. I think that's her mother on the right, isn't it (in the third pic)?
  25. ^ Thanks for updating your post.
