looks like a test dummy or something

are they black and white images? This is what i do. I cut 128x128 images (border them of course) then I desaturate them to turn them black and white, then save them all as gifs. Then I take each indiviidual gif, drop them in unfreez program and push create with about 150 what ever that feature called (transition basically). But like avada said if you optomize black and whites they come out bad. if you need help you can ask <_< I will try my best.
