^ i think there are only two ways, either paypal or something called "premium net cash". When you go there: http://rapidshare.de/en/premium.html There are two logos. Click on the "powered by inet cash" one. I don't know what this service is nor how it works since i got my membership via paypal

i think that pic is bad on the runway but i've seen close up shots of morgane, backstage at DIor Couture FW06 with that make up and she looked really good, the make up is actually brilliant IMO. It's just that so far away we don't see any detail...
