I agree. If they wish to focus on obesity and handicapped athletes, then that's fine. They should go all in and make the magazine about praising those people. What's happening at the moments is a confusing mix that doesn't appeal to anyone. We're living in a different age to even just a few years ago. Compare the current issue to one from even seven or eight years ago. A different culture now. Maybe they could do two magazines - one focusing on the SI that people already know and one that follows all the new fickle trends and fashions.

It was a new low for the magazine. I'd literally lost interest after a day or so. Lots of unmemorable girls and a few that (frankly) have no place in SI. You know who I'm talking about. I found some of the layouts bordering on repulsive - I'm just a normal, young heterosexual guy. Perhaps I'm not the target audience any more.

Martha Hunt is one of the most stunning looking girls on the planet and yet time after time, designers and so forth seem to want to make her look as weird or unusual as possible.

I know what you mean. This thing only comes around once a year. To wait twelve months for that. Just endless photoshoots of women who simply don't belong in a magazine that is supposed to be the absolute gold-standard for sexy girls in bikinis. Like someone else said, you only need to go back some ten years to see how it has nose-dived. And then further back, the 80s and 90s seem like the holy grail now.

This stunning girl didn't even get into Sports Illustrated this year. You can check out some of the others that did. Be warned, some it borders on a horror show.

I honestly don't care if I ever see photos of 75% of the girls in this issue ever again. Wow. To feel that way about Sports Illustrated seems incredible to me. Megan Williams and Dana Taylor were stunning omissions, as far as I'm concerned. That's to say nothing of Bojana Krsmanović, Kelly Gale & Mia Kang. All superb looking girls. Leafing through this latest edition, it's like a horror show. Only Vita and Barbara (with some shots of Kate Upton & Kate Bock) have any kind of appeal for me. Samantha Hoopes still has that Baywatch thing going on but they ought to try something else with her. Hailey too. They both need a reboot. Anna de Paula looks okay , I guess. Bianca looks cold and fierce. Not a good shoot for her. Sailor is just nepotism in the industry and the rest don't even warrant mentioning. You'd probably see better-looking women walking down a street in any major city of the world. Hoping next year that S.I can try and claw back some of its magic because right now it's in a very low place. This would have been my cover.

Seriously. Like wtf. Also Sloane Stephens and Tabria Majors. Really? I'm just dumbfounded at some of the girls in this issue. Who are S.I trying to attract with this sort of thing? What does it say about S.I when Kate Bock becomes one of the highlights? Also, where is Kelly Gale, Bojana Krsmanovic and Dana Taylor (for me, the best model out there right now). This issue is so bad you almost think it might be some early April fool's joke.
