Sailor, long captions are scary. So is most of the contents of Sports illustrated 2018. I'm off to look through some late 80s/90s back issues.

This stunning girl didn't even get into Sports Illustrated this year. You can check out some of the others that did. Be warned, some it borders on a horror show.

I honestly don't care if I ever see photos of 75% of the girls in this issue ever again. Wow. To feel that way about Sports Illustrated seems incredible to me. Megan Williams and Dana Taylor were stunning omissions, as far as I'm concerned. That's to say nothing of Bojana Krsmanović, Kelly Gale & Mia Kang. All superb looking girls. Leafing through this latest edition, it's like a horror show. Only Vita and Barbara (with some shots of Kate Upton & Kate Bock) have any kind of appeal for me. Samantha Hoopes still has that Baywatch thing going on but they ought to try something else with her. Hailey too. They both need a reboot. Anna de Paula looks okay , I guess. Bianca looks cold and fierce. Not a good shoot for her. Sailor is just nepotism in the industry and the rest don't even warrant mentioning. You'd probably see better-looking women walking down a street in any major city of the world. Hoping next year that S.I can try and claw back some of its magic because right now it's in a very low place. This would have been my cover.

Seriously. Like wtf. Also Sloane Stephens and Tabria Majors. Really? I'm just dumbfounded at some of the girls in this issue. Who are S.I trying to attract with this sort of thing? What does it say about S.I when Kate Bock becomes one of the highlights? Also, where is Kelly Gale, Bojana Krsmanovic and Dana Taylor (for me, the best model out there right now). This issue is so bad you almost think it might be some early April fool's joke.

Wasn't Megan Williams in it this year? Jesus, looking through these new photoshoots - so many girls that shouldn't have been in it. I seriously think SI don't have a single clue what makes a sexy girl. Your average guy in the street could pick better girls than these. Ashley Graham again. Really? It was a stale joke last year. Oh hang on, looking through more of these shoots, we now have the Ashley clones. Big is beautiful. I don't want to be rude about these girls but as an average male, I find a good deal of these (big) girls to just be bordering on gross. Certainly not sexy or glamorous. Whatever happened to Sports Illustrated?

@séveI don't know where you got all these runway shots of so many vintage models but they are truly wonderful - beautiful and timeless. They've transformed the Vintage Forum Section. Did you use to work in the industry or something?

I don't think they were. The 1995 edition was in B2 size. I think it was earlier (late 80s) that had the almost life-size calendars.

@valeadicto I meant to ask you, do you know what happened to the rich guy she was married to in the mid-90s ?. I remember seeing their wedding photos and then a few years later, he was involved in some scandal. I assume they are no longer together.
