Our website was down and our alerting system was not working. I let the vendor know about the alerting system and supposedly its fixed. We generally know within 5mins of an outage.

think we found the bug, we are trying to merge the old followers with the new ones. Hopefully this week sometime it will be back to normal.

This bug will be fixed in the next release. I assume in a few weeks.

Before it was a plug in I had someone write, not its part of the main forum software. In the editor you should see a small paper/magnifying glass on the top left, click that to see the preview. Let me know if it does not work as expected.

Hmm strange, does it happen at all times of the day? Is BZ pretty fast or slow just to browse around?

There is a backup job that backs up the DB and even though I 'nice' it, it still slows the forum down to a crawl. It use to happen at 1am PST but occasionally it will trigger my monitoring and wake me up with an alert, so I moved it to noon. I need to get a better way of doing backups but for now the 5min outage is there.

Ah that ad, sorry I cant remove it right now, its used for some testing with a 3rd party, ill remove it soon once they fix the issue

Are you using a really small screen by any chance? can you try making the browser to occupy your full screen and refresh? Maybe thats whats causing it. Thanks.

In the next release of the board software it will have Emoji support (like on your phones) so you will have access to 1000+ emoji's, hopefully that is enough to convey whatever you are trying to say.

I honestly dont know, I am using chrome and its working fine. I checked a regular user and its working fine as well. Are you sure you cleared all the cache?

Probably a cache issue as well. Can you try clearing the cache of FF?

Can you link us to the topic? The only reason you wouldnt be able to edit something is if that topic was locked for whatever reason.

Can you try a different browser? I assume it has something to do with your cache

Like log in anonymously? If so your position on the list doesnt matter as only Admins/Mods can see you. to everyone else you wont be on the list.
