Can you link me to the thread you saw that in? also what browser are you using?

I think its just an issue with that post, the thumbnails do not exist. If you browse directly to https://t.imgbox.com/o7YZAWo4.jpg The image does not exist. There are other imgbox images in that page do seem to work.
