In the long run, I think VS will look back and realize who were the real stars of their angels....stand out personalities and looks that can never be duplicated or forgotten. Among a few others, KK will definitely be one of those. It's simply impossible to forget what KK brings to whatever she does in the fashion industry....high fashion, commercial etc. She is magnificent and deserves none of the bad things that are happening to her right now, I agree with you guys.

Hi all, I finally got to watch the show and I am agreeing with the majority of people on different forums who are disgusted by VS showing her finale outfit ripping. Really?!...is that the only "mishap" that happened the whole show that they had to dedicate that much time on it?! I just don't know why they want to give her more bad press when she has added nothing but CLASS, BEAUTY, PERSONALITY and ORIGINALITY to the company. I watched some old shows last night ('03, '05 etc.) and they should honestly be kissing the ground she walks on for her unforgettable OPENINGS/CLOSINGS/INTERVIEWS and most importantly, PRESENCE. I know, I know...the 'dramatic effect' but in the editing room didn't they see how uncomfortable she was when the cameras were filming her?! I am starting to think they have no respect at all for their models as humans, but I guess that is the corporate world. The more I rewatched that part, the more I think that she is so much better than this company and as much as it tears me up, I hope the exit rumors have some truth to them so she can stop being stomped on by them. They would never do an editing job like that on Tyra, Heidi, Marisa and even the lesser-known models. Karolina is very open about herself and in interviews, always laughs at herself (remember the Jay Leno interview when she explained not fitting into her panties and slipping etc.) so maybe they just thought she can handle an edit like that. Ugh, I'm trying to rationalize anything but them being all bitches Sorry guys and gals, venting.... Anyway, I loved her introduction, her walk, her backstage clips and her PRESENCE. She just always knows exactly what attitude to portray on the runway to make herself stand out and keep herself looking fresh, fun-loving but also supremely professional and SUPERMODEL-like. You can just see years of experience in her walk and posing and that she really knows her body and how it moves. I think very few models ever are able to master that in their careers. So much more I want to write, but I will edit myself because maybe I am just typing quickly and ranting. Just wanted to include these photos to show how much she has added to the ELITE image of ANGELS (a title I think is slowly becoming less and less special over the years). There is just a sort of aura that the angels should portray that is indescribable when you see them together vs. other models put together....a perfect mix of being unmatchable and still maintaining that down-to-earth sweetness. Nowadays, some of the angels look so random and that their looks don't compliment eachother when they all stand together IMO. When I was browsing for the below photos, KK was always providing variety in her expressions and looked animated and friendly and laughing with the other angels. Recently, with the new group, it's like they're all standing around smiling on cue and their poses are so forced. I think KK shook it up a bit and I adore her for that. what do you mean by poor kk?!! i haven't seen it yet!!!!!!!!!!! She was supposed to be in the last walk, but her outfit ripped. Oh I have been reading about some kind of rip......what I don't get is they film the show twice...so why would they show such a huge mishap where she supposedly didn't walk the finale (unless i misunderstand). I thought that is what editing is for (except for the cute faults like her show falling off)..this fault seems more major and unnecessary!

It is such a double-edged sword for me....there's one side of me that wants her to stay so we can see regular photos of her at events, but there is another side of me that says she doesn't have to put up with all these rumours/criticisms/crap that VS publicity has brought to her recently. I think for me the most disappointing thing is seeing her at events and getting the impression she doesn't give two craps anymore. I used to be floored at her style/makeup/hair etc. at any event (not just VS), but nowadays she's not putting any originality into her outfits/style anymore. (Compare past award shows/launches/parties with the recent ones from Cancun Moda Nextel and Bambi Awards). That is my ONLY current criticism of her. Great video! Many of those past clips are so nostalgic...I still think she is one of best spokeswoman for the brand. Plus, I love her laugh in that clip! Even though much attention is on Adriana/Doutzen/Alessandra this year, I hope KK does some interviews before the aired show like she did last year.

It's just a bellybutton, honestly if the media spent as much time talking about how EVERY model has some sort of oddity/flaw/irregularity as they are doing now about KK's bellybutton then we as regular human beings would sleep a lot easier knowing that NO ONE is perfect! Photoshop is the way of life now in the fashion industry and it should be no big surprise that people are all born DIFFERENTLY. Such a silly thing for them to focus and write about. Ugh. KK in that white jeans and vest combo brings me back to her older VS days....she just looks so looooong and fresh and a tall (curvy) glass of water for sure. I love her in those photos!!!!! Thank you! I know this is getting redundant, but any after party photos?!! I think I saw briefly an amateur photo from the internet (forget the website) with her and a bunch of the angels posing with some guys at the party and it looked like her hair was up and she was wearing the same dress as the after party for the Cia Maritima runway show (long sleeve grey and white dress with huge dark beads on the front). Anyway, that's it what I could find. I am really waiting now to see if VS shows all 3 of KK's outfits or just the two (non-red) ones that have been circulating. I really hope they have enough time to show her off to the world on Dec. 3! And I concur, girl had to probably do a MILLION squats to get a behind like that!

VS.....ONLY 2 looks! Other people pointed out even some non-angels got 3 looks and gorgeous wings when KK and other angels didn't get anything... To all those who doubted KK, woman proved you all wrong!!! She stood out not because of what everyone was worried about, but because she has such a presence that is undeniably beaming and commanding. I think she looked beautiful right from the yacht to the events to backstage to the actual show! Her hair was so beautifully glamorous! I would have loved to see her with a pair of wings like Julia's or even Heidi's and would have loved to have seen her in the dangerous segment....it would remind me of her HF days when she was all edgy and spectacular! Question though...does anyone have any photos from the finale because she isn't in the middle with all the other angels when they're all lined up...where is she?! Also, any photos from the after party of her?

Awwww....thanks Sam12! That helps. Sorry to say, but not to impressed with many of these women. Agree with other comments in Bellazon and tfs that many look the same and are IMO quite generic-looking. Done up I'm sure they'll look different and beautified. This group just doesn't scream "glamour" to me. I just think of earlier years and the "base" they started with....stunning women who just were mind boggling once the show was on. Now, it's like "meh" and yeah they'll look pretty once the show is on....but very few will be mind boggling this year I predict. BUT these are just my assumptions and I will not make any solid conclusions until I see the actual show. p.s. I think Emanuela is so stunning. I miss Eugenia and Hana and Bianca!

For the first promo event, I am going to be honest...I am extremely disappointed. I no longer think VS is taking this 'glamour' theme seriously or implementing it consistenty or appropriately. Overall: HATED their shoes and outfits. Honestly they look like shoes from high school days in the 90s. Considering the abundance of incredibly gorgeous shoes out there, they failed big time. Outfits BORING BORING BORING. Even the jeans are odd-fitting on some of them. There are sooooo many gorgeous fitting high end jeans out there. (I'm thinking back to Gisele in the plane landing where she was wearing flats I think 2 years ago?) I don't care if it's just a store promo. Look at old store promos of VS and they were always in casual/feminine looking dresses or had interesting tops. These just remind me of the BioUplift event that Adri and KK did a while back or the unveiling promo for the VS plane. UGH. VS you have a WHOLE team of stylists, the least you can do is make these women look like models and not average shoppers. Store promo: Alessandra - face/figure gorgeous. Hair needs a wash and roots touch up or colour change altogether. Marisa - Still don't like anything except her abs. She looks super short compared to everyone else. Say root touch up... Selita - Hair makes her look distinct. It's growing on me. Karolina - Though not at her prime, she looks great considering many people's worries. I prefer her big smile over her smirk/grin. Doutzen - Don't like the hair colour on her (prefer light brunette), but her face looks lovely. Heidi - Doesn't stand out, but she looks fine. Behati - hmmmm...cute, but out of place like people have been saying. I am impartial. Adriana - Wow. She has made quite the comeback hasn't she? The black hair makes her look so sultry and like her old Guess ads. Her figure is amazing nowadays. (p.s. please no silly poses in photos or on the runway Adriana!) Miranda - Cute but only without so much make-up. Doesn't stand out. Izabel - Rumours are flying. Though you were not my favorite, it's always sad to see an angel go. Good luck with the future! Bathing suit candids: Adriana - WOW. So impressed at how hard she has worked on her figure. She has a super stomach even when she sits down and bends over! KK - Could have had better swimsuit, but those legs woman! Marisa - toned. Period. Ale - Unflattering bathing suit and makes legs look short. However. the new softness of her figure is endearing! Requisite KK comment from me: Saw her fitting screencaps (video only worked for 10 seconds : ( ). She looks amazing in motion/video I think. For some reason, she looks younger in the video...maybe it's the hair updo. I think she always looks angelic in white so excited about that outfit and even the black one. That rose one is sort of Mary Had A Little Lamb - ish to me : ) She really seems to recently be a victim to the good angle/bad angle syndrome...sometimes her body looks like her younger days (like in the vid with her long legs and lean look) and other times her body looks flabby (recent candids). I am a lot less worried though about her in the show...I think she will look super duper on the actual runway...she knows how to work that runway and pose like no one else IMO. Phewf. Sorry for the long note! I really hope tomorrow's event's outfits knock my socks off, anything else and I will seriously doubt the judgement of VS.
