Yeah I love Lily D and Joan but their times up they've been in every show since 2010 for Lily and 2011 for Joan. Time for some more fresh faces. Izabel needs to go ASAP. I'd also be happy if Sui and Barbara F finished up. They've been there long enough too. I think regulars should leave after 4-6 shows. It's always good to see newbies come in who really do well. This year there were some great ones who deserve to be around for a few years.

^ Exactly when I first saw her in pictures I'm like wow I'm getting 2005 vibes. Same as Grace. And then in motion it was even better. I also really liked Jourdana, Dilone and Alanna too. Hope to see them all become regulars. Irina was a dream come true but it feels so late now that she's finally walked. I still hold on to the hope that one day Emily D, Hannah F will walk and maybe Sarah Stephens will walk again. (But it's doubtful)

Can we also just talk about Georgia? Hands down best newbie to me with Grace. I hope VS realise they have two stars on their hands.

Oh now that we are saying fav years and people are saying their fav segments that's a good one to ask too. So if you can name your top 10 segments and what year they were from do. 1. Sexy Russian Babes 2005 - This segment has never been topped for me. Sure not all the outfits are amazing but the music here is the best remix ever and Eugenia's opening, Tyra's walk, Angela's slow mo camera shot. It's all epic 2. Coquettish Fetish 2006 - Another one that didn't have necessarily amazing outfits but I love the song Beware of the Dog and the door opening to reveal Adriana in one of her strongest walks. Every girl slayed the runway especially Caroline T, Flavia and Alessandra. 3. Parisian Nights 2013 - Like everyone else it's a fav. For the more recent shows it's a segment that felt like it was from the 2005 era. The outfits were actually sexy, great models involved again Adriana had an incredible opening. And I actually liked the Miley Cyrus song choice because it had a good walking beat. 4. Sexy Santa Helpers 2005 - Epic opening by Gisele. All the outfits were amazing and the girls all in the box and the music choice was just wow. Best opening of the show ever. 5. Deck the Halls 2007 - Miranda's outfit is really the only good look about the segment but there's something about this segment I love. 2007 is when I really started to follow VS, I had seen the previous shows before but this show was the show that got me following VS and I loved this segment so much. Loved the song. It has sentimental value . 6. Black Tie Holiday 2008 - Loved this whole segment. It was glamorous and sexy. The girls outfits were all amazing and it has really strong walks. And loved the song choice. 7. Sexy Super Heroines 2003 - The best opening segment after the 2005 show. Loved the strength of the girls on the runway. Everything was sexy and sharp. 8. I Put A Spell On You 2011 - I really enjoyed this segment. The girls didn't overdo it on the runway, had some great looks and I loved the OneRepublic song. 9. Silver Screen Angels 2012 - Great segment with beautiful looks. Simple, chic, sexy, great slow song. This is romantic slow that works for a runway unlike million reasons. 10. Highland Romance 2006 - Such a great segment. It was all brilliant. Great opening by Gisele. Loved all the outfits. Music choice was bomb. Angela, Caroline T, Gisele, Natasha really nailed this one.

I think you're missing my point but whatever.

Exactly they were still skinny but they were different compared to the girls you would see in ads and fashion shows. So curvier girls related to them more, men loved them more etc. But the trend right now is that healthy look for men and women. Whether or not they do it healthy way that's up to the models but i'm talking about whats the in trend now and its all about that athletic fit look.

The problem is trends in fashion are continuously changing. Just a minute ago it was trendy to be healthy and fit which is what VS promote and now it's trendy to be curvy and own your body. I'm a guy and big, my sisters are curvy girls. But let's face it we aren't healthy. It's fine catering to markets that are for people who are on the bigger side. But I don't think VS have to do that just because there's this whole PC thing happening now with curvier girls. Since when is it bad for someone to be skinny? Because that seems to be the direction things are going in. VS have been all about curvy girls. When they were first hitting it big in the late 90s early 00s. VS were the brand that had curvier more full figured women. And they promoted that. They were far ahead in that compared to fashion magazines and other brands at that point who it was all about anorexic thin models and pretty much walking coat hangers. VS were praised and also hated for the fact that they were about that kind of girl. They changed with the industry and started to go all about health and fitness. That's what they're focus in promotion now. All about that gorgeous, healthy girl. It's not necessarily about being curvy anymore. But they're being hated on for that now even though they were about that before.

At the end of the day she has her own line so if she's willing to go against that and work for another brand that's great but it's risking losing profit on her own collection. So I don't think she will be working for VS. There's contracts and business that gets in the way of that. Her bringing attention to it not being plus size is just another thing she's going after to continue to promote herself in that light. Which is fine, like I said I like her but it's getting annoying.

I doubt it. VS have spent the last 5-6 years really focusing on a certain look for the girls. Plus the eating healthy and VSX craze with them. I doubt they'd ever hire a plus size model. Well Ed and Monica won't at least. But the brand doesn't even stock bigger sizes so what's the point in having a plus size model if there aren't the product to sell from it.

I like Ashley but I agree with you. It is starting to become annoying. On the topic of diverse casting from before that's not Todd's fault. Todd never was at castings before Sophia it was Ed, Monica, John and Charlotte. Now it's Sophia instead of Charlotte. So nothing to do with Todd.

Right now i think a great lineup would be. Adriana, Candice, Elsa, Jasmine, Josephine, Lais, Sara, Taylor as angels and Grace for Pink. As much as I love all of them I think VS should drop Alessandra, Behati, Lily, Martha, Romee and Stella. Realistically the ones I can see VS dropping are Ale, Lily and Martha.

I could definitely see a clash between Todd and Sophia. Only one that makes sense because he worked with Monica and Ed for so long prior to that. Look at Sophia now she's in full control. Whereas before it was more Todd.

Charlotte's last show was 2009. Todd's last was 2012. It was never really said why but I'm pretty sure Todd was working on the 2013 show and left early into the process. Also what was the solo Sara commercial that aired in the show? VS posted the Stella one on their YouTube.

Also someone mentioned ABC as a good network. I disagree. Back in 2001 yes but now not so much. ABC are under Disney and their programming now I don't think they'd air the VS show at all tbh. NBC would be a better fit.

Streaming is key. I mean they did it in 2000 and for back then it was major so I'm surprised it hasn't already happened. 2001 is such an iconic show. Everything was perfect. My fav runway walk of all time is Tyra coming out after Fernanda as the stage turned pink and there's this strong song and she just stomped down.

It's hard to say when was the last great show because every show has some good and bad qualities. But in terms of true greatness where outfits, music, set, models everything was just perfect was 2005. You just can't top it. Even though years like 06,08,10,11,14 were good also but there was also some bad. I really loved 2011, after 05 it's the best because it had a good blend of musicians and model focus. I also didn't mind 2014 because it felt great in London and everything and I liked the themes minus Exotic Traveler and now it was the last show where angels had 3 looks so I miss that. And the editing was good they didn't overdo it.

So there's no 1080p download up anywhere at all yet?

I would change up the date. Maybe switch it to when fall shows start because there's good hype around that time. So maybe late August early September. Have one big act like Beyoncé. Make it more of a fashion spectacle like it used to be. Cut back girls and better designers. Go fresh with everyone. New director, production designers, stylists etc

ABC had the best VS show ever in ratings 12.4 million.

The show is always a success for the brand. Numbers aren't a thing to them because like Pink said the show is an hour long ad and VS earn big revenue the day after the show.
