Download HEIC converter from the Microsoft Windows store. Install the program. Now, important point here, you can do a batch convert so load all your webp files into the converter BUT CONVERT THEM TO PNG FILES. Then convert the png files to jpg. There are batch converters out there for doing that.

These sure do not look like Elsa Hosk. Her face appears somewhat normal and not that starving chiseled look she normally has.

Much depends on her contract for modeling. She may not have the ability to cancel which publications carry her pictures. Usually models do not have this power. It is up to her management agency.
