Comparing her pictures when she was young to how she looks now, it appears that she has had some kind of "face sculpting" done. I prefer how she looked when she was younger.

Much depends on her contract for modeling. She may not have the ability to cancel which publications carry her pictures. Usually models do not have this power. It is up to her management agency.

Ok, she is a beautiful woman, no question there. However, over the past months I notice whoever is doing her makeup makes her look like she has a plastic face. It is almost too shiny and artificial looking. She needs a new makeup artist.

Now this is a model that should have been in the 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition!! What a shame she is not in it.

I suspect that the modeling business is horrible for these young beautiful women. If you look at Nicola's early work here and these recent shots, it has taken a tole on her clearly. It is sad. No question that it takes a tough mental outlook to survive. Yes, some can cry all the way to the bank, but those salaries are probably not near enough compensation for what many have to put up with.
