Michael, what did you make of the Sunderland-Spurs result yesterday?

Pizza. Bill O'Reilly or Stephen Colbert?

Mourinho was a real character. The Premiership has been less exciting - both in terms of the title chase and in terms of funny comments and arguments - since he left. I think that he's a nice chap deep down too ; apparently when Cristiano Ronaldo was accused of rape or whatnot, he called him up and according to the Telegraph was Cristiano's "shoulder to cry on". You better get used to "The Special One", BB, he reckons that he'll be the next Manchester United manager.

    I miss Jose.

Chris Rock. . . . I love spotted Richard. It is quite a heavy pudding though. I like the story behind Eton Mess. Ping pong or table tennis?
  7. John Bull replied to |pink panther|'s post in a topic in General Talk
Yes; I really should be working though. :| Are you tall or short?

Hot tea. Spotted Richard ("Spotted Dick") or Eton Mess?

4-0, at Craven Cottage too. Scary. I'm from the South-East (how vague!) , but go to University elsewhere.

Aeroplane, preferably British Airways. Paul McCartney or John Lennon?

West coast. Does your life bear any resemblance to that led by the main protagonists in "The O.C."? Tevez has got a second. Seems that Fergie has judged it right thus far.

No. Are you busy this weekend?

No, I'm warming up after football. Are you an Anglophile?

The West End; very swish. I'm afraid that I'm really not too familiar with Buckhurst Hill. I don't often head Essex-way. Why can't we return to the old currency conversion rates? Things actually cost me in the US now. I've visited the US quite a bit : Alabama - driven through Arizona California - LA, SF Florida - Miami, Orlando, Tampa Georgia - Atlanta Louisiana - New Orleans Mississippi Nevada New York - NY North Carolina - Charlotte Pennsylvania - Philadelphia South Carolina Texas - Houston Utah I've driven round the states lots on lots of trips. I the visa-waiver programme. I'm really looking forward to visiting in the Summer. Back on subject . . . Man Utd have left Cristiano Ronaldo out of the squad all together today. Unusual.

Yes. It's quite fun cooking for oneself. Are you a jolly individual?

back. Dull evening. What kind of crazy school hours do you have?
  19. John Bull replied to a post in a topic in General Talk
in a bit of a pickle. Must dash.
  20. No, I think that I would make a rotten agent. I would attract much too much attention and would probably prove pretty shoddy at protecting state secrets and the like. Do you like Hugh Grant?

It's good that you visit often. Do you normally venture far out of London? Seen much of the country? Tickets are very expensive, and I find are difficult to get even if you're prepared to pay big money. I think that I need to bite the bullet and get a season ticket really. Might be a bit of a wait though - Spurs have a 20,000 strong waiting list. :| With the collapse of the Pound, tickets probably wouldn't be too bad for you now. I'm in a real pickle when I go to the US in the Summer now, what with the currency situation.

Alas, I haven't been to the Channel Islands. Have you?
  23. John Bull replied to Adrianas Llama's post in a topic in General Talk
No. I'm not really a fan of the Channel Tunnel. I prefer to fly or sail. Cardon footprint, pfft. Have you seen the Changing of the Guard (in London or elsewhere)?
  24. No. Would you like to have Michael Caine's accent instead of your own?
  25. John Bull replied to Adrianas Llama's post in a topic in General Talk
Yes. I don't go nearly as often as I should though. Have you ever seen London from the top of the "London Eye"?
