I think in all african articles about her that I've seen she is mentioned as "Khadija Adam", I guess that's the right spelling of her surname. Two pictures from a beauty contest, Miss World 1984, I believe: I came upon a very nice article about her, it says she got married in 1995 and ended up modelling in 1997.
