Yeah I Adriana has definitely been filed under "exotic" her entire career. Is she white passing? Yes, she is. But she's definitely been stereotyped which makes it harder to break into HF and get taken seriously by the industry, for Adriana VS was the best thing because it made her household name which then lead to a more successful career. Irina was on the same boat, the only difference is that Irina started dating a very famous man and that elevated her profile, otherwise I'm pretty sure she would not be where she is right now.

I doubt that's 48 hours before the show because you can see the girls signing the wings and we know they did that before because by 11th October we already had a picture of the signed wings it's more likely from a week or so before the show, Imaan also has a different outfit. Also that's not Barbara in Adriana's outfit, I think it's Anthi.

I need every single plastic surgeon and alleged professional who came out to "offer insight" about the thousand plastic surgeries Adriana had allegedly gotten done to apologise to her and fuck all the way off of the internet. I'm glad Adriana had the right support system and she was able to get back into the right headspace, but I cannot imagine how hard this would be on someone less robust and more vulnerable that did not have the same support system.

I don't really know how else to explain it other than her vibe was off. Not saying she did not look great, she did and everyone agrees on that but her vibe was off the entire time, even backstage she didn't look particularly happy or comfortable, she also did not crack a single smile on the runway which is odd, it goes beyond the resting bitch face. We've seen Candice walk this show more than 10 times at this point and it just felt like something was off this time. Then you add up the fact that she chose to skip the after party altogether and the her also taking a while before posting about the show on social media, the shady caption from one of her friends, etc. It's entirely possible nothing was wrong, I don't really use social media so I don't know what's being said but quite a few of us here noticed the same thing

That wouldn't make sense, the fittings are days before the show so by the 15th she knew what she was wearing already. Candice is a top dog, I'm sure she has input on what outfit/wings she gets to wear, Adriana and Heidi used to have a say back in the day in the outfits they'd wear and I'm sure that's still the same and now extended to Candice (and probably Tyra, Kate, Eva, Carla and the Hadids). So if Candice was unhappy with something related to her outfit, I'm sure she would have said something and it would have been fixed.

Everyone is allowed to have a personal taste, but you're not allowed to be an asshole to others, especially when there is absolutely no need to drag other women into Candice's thread they're not even related to the discussion and calling people names when you don't know them, you have absolutely zero proof of any of these women being unhealthy. I'm sorry but at this point Barbara is far more relevant and has a busier and booked schedule than Doutzen, you mentioned yourself Doutzen has not booked anything in a long, long, long time, it's not like she wouldn't be able to hop on a plane to NY relatively last minute and walk for VS when she obviously doesn't have much else going on. I am sure Barbara knew ages ago she'd be walking tho, probably just wasn't allowed to announce it until now because they've been saving most of the former Angels. Josephine also hasn't been officially confirmed yet by VS or Josephine herself but her trainer leaked it anyway, Alessandra is also rumored to be a surprise for tonight and I do think Doutzen will walk as well along with Lily Aldridge.

Has it ever been confirmed that VS ever offered Isabeli a contract? I know about Ana BB who (stupidly) declined it to do some JLO campaign, but I didn't know Isabeli had also declined. Either way, I do know Isabeli has said a lot of questionable things in the past, I just have no idea she was also running her mouth about her colleagues. The wildest part is that some of those people were probably also shit-talking her not that long ago. If she looks bad then it's bad, she has let herself go, etc., and if she looks good then that's also bad because it must be because she got herself a new face
