  1. I'm glad red_ed already replied to this thread. He's one of this forum's greatest members imho and he too had to wait a long time for a thread. I myself got one after 19 months or so. Post-count and time spent here are not the main determining factors in awarding a thread. If you're truly deserving of one, you'll get one eventually.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/blog/2008/...-messi-sid-lowe Great article about Barca's resurgence.

Lol, give it to my stupidity then. I just believe every transfer rumor when the topic is Real M. After the Woodgate signing, you can't be blamed for believing anything is possible. Anything.

Pairing the motionless object with the erratically moving organism?

David Bentley at Real? The mind boggles... That sounds more like something the Fiver would write. LMAO Once again, the Fiver did not disappoint:

It's funny that my two teams (Barca and Club Brugge) both played Valencia within the same week.

  9. I like your idea...
  10. Is she Santiago's little sister? Damn, I knew there was a reason I liked him in spite of him having playing for Real Mashit...

I think she's grown more beautiful since giving birth. She looks more "womanly", whereas she still had a much more girlish look before.
  12. If we're purely talking about the live act and performance, than for me it's easily Beck and the Roots. Radiohead is a great band, I've attended two great live shows of them, but they don't stand out because of their live show. They just do an adequate job of bringing the magic from the album to the stage. Which is commendable in itself. I recently saw MGMT and they are crap live. As much as I love them on their album. U2 are great, but they are also super-professional, which means that some of the early magic is gone. My two uncles did see them in the early 80s (their first gigs on the continent were in Belgium) and said they were amazing. They created an almost sacred atmosphere. But no band can keep that alive for close to three decades, especially not if you become "the biggest band in the world" along the way.
  13. Kings of Leon No idea why, they're the kind of band I'd usually loathe... I'm really, disturbingly mellowing (at least in terms of musical taste) in my old age...

So Ed, Valencia B managed a draw against Club Brugge A.
  15. I love her post-childbirth body. She's become even more voluptuous.

The Special One hasn't especially endeared himself to Inter fans and the Italian press corp, perhaps he can make his triumphant return in the premiership with Man City?
  17. Thread cleaned. As I suggested before, when a troll does grace this thread with his or her presence, do not engage them, instead warn the staff and then just ignore them. You only add fuel to their fire by responding to them.
  18. I would have given them my phone number and told them it's Clooney's and gotten the kisses. You sly dog! Nice. Very nice.
  19. That poor, poor intern. An offer of a Miranda-Marisa sandwich, I'm surprised he didn't pass out right there and then.

Those last two remind me of the movie "La fille sur le pont" for some reason.
  22. She has a lovely tush...
  23. Thanks Francy! I love those!

All I said was Rijkaard is better than Domenech. My navel fluff is better than Domenech. Rijkaard is a man who won the CL by playing some of the most exciting football of the past two decades. Raymond Domenech is a man who Forest-Gumped his way to a WC final. He was still messing around with the formation during the tournament! :|
  25. I eh... erm... what were talking about again?
