I like the beard but then I'm weird. The weight loss makes me though. Especially since another one of my favorites - Anne Hathaway - has gotten way too thin as well.

She had to lose a lot of weight in a short time for it to become so apparent around her cheek bones...

She has most definitely lost too much weight, which is a shame.
