    I coincidentally randomly came upon the same image and her name!! It is Mary F. (1995 Cosmo- Venezuela and the original is Cosmo U.S. I think)

    Oh!! I'm so sorry to hear about the fire. My original and biggest collection of magazines was lost to a garbage dumpster by way of my ex-husband. Seriously.

    I see now that she is Juliette I used to have a hard time telling the difference between Juliette and Julie Pewitt- They have similar names AND faces!!!
