Regardless, the point still stands. There are not any factual definitions for manners anywhere. Only cultural based. And that is subjective. I never said you couldn't break a subjective definition, which what manners are. And if you believe what I said to the other poster is rude, then fine. That is your angle. But it's purely your opinion and I really don't care about it. It doesn't matter what any finishing school or polishing school says. If anything it's only going to amplify what I already said: manners are subjective to cultural upbringings. And that is a fact. Cultures around the world send their children to those finishing schools, and while some things are subjective to the culture such as spitting into the hand before shaking being considered polite in one society, calling someone dumb or stupid is not appropriate in any culture that I know of.. Perhaps you can disclose which society or culture you're from and that might clarify why you wouldn't consider it rude. However you're profile says you're from California and I wasn't aware that their manners had declined to such an extent.

You know what the best part of all this is... My point was made in an actual interview... my point on Megan's intelligence that is... And because that was from a magazine, or a reputable website, (you know not thesuperficial, perezhilton or justjared) that makes it ok, however if I or anyone else states an opinion based on said interview, or the numerous other interviews where she says rather outrageous things... we have people jumping down our throats. That right there people is the brilliance that is Megan Foxs thread. Woot Woot!

No you didn't. Where did you say you think she may improve in that area in your last post? Where did you say that? HOWEVER... now I hear her beauty is not real, but surgical. Sorry, she's absolutely lovely looking, but I find it hard to admire someones beauty or think of them as a beauty icon when I could easily look as good if I had her money\surgeon. I mean, I'm a good-looking girl so with Megan's surgery I could probably be just as stunning... so it's hard for me to admire her for her attrativeness because of that. Really that sounds like Megan has something that you want. Plain and simple. It's not like she's a porn star and completely looks like another person. And newsflash, fake beauty makes money no matter what it is. That doesn't just go for plastic surgery. It goes for makeup, clothes, accessories, etc. That is the way the world works. You see I always thought that these threads, be it a model, actress/actor or musician threads were for general discussion on the celebrity in question. Now discussion isn't always sunshine, rainbows and bunnies there are negative aspects to the equation. I am not saying she's dumb as a stone, nor am I saying that I hate her. I basically brought up the point that she is marketing herself quite negatively. No offense, but your blasé passive agressive attitude in the above post is hardly necessary. As for everything I have thusly said I wouldn't call it nonsense, it's valid points as, and I'm going to reitorate here yet again all these individuals are relient on their fan base to remain in the public spotlight, the actors/actresses and musicians more so then the models so why do you seem to intent on trying to prove that their personality has no bearing or the personality they at least choose to show us in interviews and tv spots. I notice none of you get irritated when interviews are posted and that has no relation on their beauty it's all personality there baby... So as you've obviously noticed to some degree who my favorites are I'm going to make yet another point Jennka, when do I waste my time and everyone elses time to simply reitorate what you all think... zomg she's so pretty, zomg she's so brilliant.
