Good news is, there are some others like Alecia Keys (writes, plays and sings), Norah Jones (where art thou ? , writes plays and sings). Though they are more like exceptions than the sign of a trend. It may sound strange, but my favorite singer is Shakira . Not just the looks and hips, but I think she's so moving, dramatic and unique :hell yea!: , she can make any song her own and to me she doesn't have any bad songs, I can listen to her all day .
