What happens to the models who didn't win their round? Are they out of the competition?

Good competition . Though will all the SI models all be voted based on just 1 of their pictures? Wouldn't more than one SI picture of the model allow people to decide better and to better see what they are like? Also what will stop the same person voting more than once in the same match eg. opening the link again and voting again?
