She wrote book 1 in a format similar to how George Lucas wrote Episode IV, in a way that if it does good he can continue the story, or if it did bad it wouldn't look like the story was unfinished. JK had the entire story of Harry Potter, how its going to end, what happens in books seven, yada, yada, yada, BEFORE she wrote book 1. Yet she wasn't sure if the book would do well so she made it as independent as possible.

I'm with ya Safin. Basketball just isn't fun to watch when the players can't dunk for emphasis. What makes it fun is the potentional explosive athletic plays that women just can't produce. The college atmosphere is still there tho, which I think personally makes it easier to watch than say . . . the NBA.

The Panthers gonna be good this year, gosh I can't wait.

I got a random question for all you media peeps. I got Windows Media Player 10 and I was wondering if there was a way to keep the full screen up as it transitions from track to track. I like the visualizations full screen, they make a great screen saver with the music. Every now and then, and this doesn't seem to be song specific, it will stay up as it goes from track to track. But then it just stops and goes back to skin mode completly random, no pattern, nothing. Any way I can keep the bloody full screen up from track to track?

Graphic's on Madden are iffy, but the game overall is the best NFL game out there. If they make any attempt to improve the graphics, it will make it that much better.

:evil: All the talk has been about Illinois team-play vs UNC's Talent. Somebody tell me this, what about UNC's Talented Team play. I think the Illinois players got some much crap they have to think about that they are forgetting to play basketball. Twice already we've gotten easy buckets off the inbounds pass, both times Illinois has been looking away. Sometimes all the schemes and tactics in the world can't offest a team ( I said TEAM DAMNIT) that is just flat out better than you. Feildgoal %, Points in the Paint, 3's, all the stats speak for themselves. Of course, its only half-time, and we can't start thinking like Arizona did. Illinois is a monster 3-pnt shooting team, and they can get back into this game very quickly. As long as we keep scoring and keeping it simple with penetrate and kick, we'll bury them. Final Score 90 - 76, UNC.

Great games, 2 Overtimes! wow! This should have been a blow out, Wisconsin was playing amazing ball on a day when UNC looked there best all season. Great game! Both teams shot about 50 percent. UNC was 9 for 10 to start the game. Is it just me, or did Kentucky really f it up that game. They deserved to win it, they were playing much better than MSU. But at the end they just fell apart. His foot was on the line!

Surely it couldn't have been that heart breaking, the three games I have called confidantly I have all won, MSU over Duke, Arizona over Ok St. and NCSU over Uconn.
