I can also see Julia Schonberg in probably Jean-Paul Gaultier SS 1996 and a model in Paco Rabanne Haute Couture SS 1996. Wonder if that was some kind of charity or benefit fashion show for a good cause.

This picture is actually from Bergdorf Goodman and Chanel's 'Off the Street' Runway Show and Gala to Benefit the Citizen's Committee for Children of New York Adolescent Alternatives on September 12, 1991, at Industria Superstudio in New York City, New York. Linda, Karen and Elle Macpherson also took part in this show.

Karen as couture bride in Christian Lacroix Haute Couture FW 1997 show:

If I'm not mistaken, the music was by Michel Gaubert, a Paris-based sound illustrator working in the field of fashion. He crafts custom runway soundtracks, playlists and compilations for a portfolio of prestigious and avant-garde clients that include fashion houses from Paris, Milan, London and New York from Raf Simons, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino and Chanel to Proenza Schouler, JW Anderson, Jeremy Scott and Anthony Vaccarello. Regarding the video, I have only found a little segment of Karen in her first outfit on Facebook.
