Women have been working and having their periods since the beginning and they didn't get to take time off of parenting, hunting, foraging, work or anything else because stuff still needs to be done whether you're bleeding or not. If it's really bad you take maybe a day off, pop some Aleve, take a hot bath, put a hot pad on, and suck it the fuck up for the remainder of your period. If it's really that bad then you go see a doctor. GG for weakening the appearance of women further.

@Sanni Cannibal Holocaust was only traumatizing if you like animals (two of which were actually killed on camera), other then that it's just damn good props and effects for the time period the movie was made in.... Personally I think A Serbian Film is much worse in terms of shock and just the icky heavy feeling you are left after watching it. There's a certain scene involving a mom (SPOILER) ..... by the end of the film you get a tiny bit of satisfaction thinking there might be a happiysh ending, but then the movie bitch slaps you one final time and that's what left me so sad (I was almost in tears)
