Even though there are reports that she's been signed, nothing's been announced. They might announce it later this year, or there might not be an official announcement at all. There was never an official announcement for Miranda. They just added her to the group without making a big deal about it. The official VS facebook has a poll asking who your favorite angel is. The choices are Heidi, Alessandra, Marisa, Adriana, Selita, Miranda, Behati, and Doutzen. So they haven't formally put Emanuela into their line-up just yet.

IMO, there's only a few models who actually look good/great in the catalogues. With Doutzen, her beauty hardly ever translates to the VS pages - but they have a tendency to make one or two models look good and the others look like crap.

Dude, I thought she spoke English. LOL. Using someone like Megan Fox - no. Under no circumstances. VS is one of those last bastions for models. I don't want to see some random tart of the moment in the catalogues. It's bad enough that they are using a bunch of other models more than the angels in the catalogues. If they started using actresses and singers, then I will be taking my name off of the mailing list. I think this is what I think most people agree with. It's all going to come down to economics. There were just a few other people trying to make it seem like Adriana's pregnancy (and the chance that she and Heidi might not be in shape in time) would be a big motivating factor not to do the show. If they're going to do a show, then there will be one if she's there or if she's not there.

Cue the Adriana fans in 5... 4... 3... 2... LOL... I agree with the part you wrote about Adriana, not necessarily the part about Marisa. I don't think she's anymore "famous" than Adriana - but fame is relative when it comes to both of them. Heidi is the only one that's a household name. Until she hangs up her wings, it's going to be "The Heidi Show." Exactly. The overall quality of the show (and the catalogues for that matter) has continued to go down over the years. The "sexy and sophisticated" show has turned into a circus and constantly changing cities (along with the unnecessary antics from the models on the runway) adds to that travelling circus-like atmosphere.

Not at all... She stood on that soapbox. There's naturally going to be raised eyebrows as the result of her "changing her mind" which of course she's totally entitled to do and clearly did at "some" point - (i.e. "changing her mind"). I'll play along, give her the benefit of the doubt. LOL But anyway, the GQ thing has been stomped into the ground around here. We have all formed our own individual opinions about the veracity of her words. The interview was in broken English after all.

If that's the context that people put her situation in, then it's her own doing. GQ didn't pull those words out of her mouth. She volunteered the information. Without that article, no one would even think, blink, or care about the timing of her pregnancy. So Lima stuck her own foot in her mouth on that one. Furthermore, it's only an issue if you actually believed the GQ comments. We all have our own opinions on that one.

From that article... (thanks Anjel2nV) Kerr, who flew in this week from LA where she has been busy shooting a push-up bra commercial for Victoria's Secret That's good news. I like her commercials for them. I think she and Ale have the best commercials for the company because aren't as "Look at my boobs! Look at me make my sexy face for you!" the way some of the other angels' commercials can be.
