I know this is a tough one and I thought this TV commercial was from 2000-2001, but apparently it was from 1998-1999. It's an advertisement of Jag Jeans. There is another commercial of the model taking his shirt off and it was really nice. Then I saw a print ad in the mall and it was even hotter -- shirtless and sweaty.
