This is a pretty bad picture but since I just saaw this on another site I don't have much else to work off

I am just in love with Steven Klein's work and stumbled upon his old work with Tom Ford; and I instantly fell in love with this picture, especially the blond model. I have spent an hour and a half trying to find out his name but it's not coming up. Anyone up for a challenge? I would greatly appreciate the help!
