tnut
Search is not searching anything newer than december of 2008. If you try and search anything for this year it doesn't show up in the results. Just an FYI..

Chocolate
Is it just me or search doesn't work again?
maddog107
We are moving DBs around and Sphinx (the search part) needs to be reinstalled and reconfigured on new machine. I shall do that once i finish with other tasks. Perhaps later this afternoon. Sorry

alfadolls
Filtering single quotes saves from injection, but hinders the search. For example Kerry O'May becomes Kerry OMay and search engine says: No results found for 'kerry o’may'. But this is not true: http://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/47126-kerry-omay. Notice how forum engine transform last name in url: omay, not o-may. It's a little bit of confusing, I spent about a hour before finding that I need to replace single quote with space. My english is very poor, but I think that all is clear here. Thanks for attention.
maddog107
Sorry the search engine is pretty poor, we are working on getting a better one sometime in the future.
cloudrunner64
Love the site but the search isn't working for me. Whenever I press search it takes me to this AVG search thing. Any reason why this happens?
maddog107
Love the site but the search isn't working for me. Whenever I press search it takes me to this AVG search thing. Any reason why this happens? Thats probably your AVG toolbar doing that, we have no control over that. You may want to figure out how to disable it from whatever browser you are running. Sorry we cant be of more help.
