The fact is that majority of instagram content is not that interesting, and if you really did care about all the details maybe you should go and follow her? instead of forcing it on everyone spamming this thread with content that 1% finds interesting. Thanks for exchange and the advice. Again, with respect, and with the full acknowledgment that I am not posting those images but often react to them, how I choose to access material and how you choose to access it are choices we make. If a poster is not violating BZ rules, they can post. Others, me/you/anyone, can choose to ignore it or use the tech here to block posts from certain folks. I've been here a LOOOOONG time and have ignored threads and posters for much of it. It's both possible and freeing. I apologize if that sounds like the old man yelling about his lawn. I don't mean it like that. Only that there are ways to sort this out. I genuinely hope you find threads you like and content you like to follow, including this one. There's good people posting and commenting on BZ. We don't always agree, and I hope that's ok.

Not everyone follows the same socials. Some even come only to BZ to follow models or other celebrities. @TheDude2k posts a lot on this forum, not just this thread. Some of his sourcing is from Instagram, some from photographers, some from catalog/company sites. The reality is that almost everything that appears on BZ comes from somewhere else. Are you going to tell someone not to post a set of pictures from the latest Anthropologie ads because they should just go to that page? (Maybe you would, and I suppose that's fair and would be consistent. I would not.) Just because you've seen it elsewhere doesn't mean everyone has. If it bothers you consistently, you can scroll past or find the magic function that lets you mute posts from a particular poster. Lots of ways to handle it besides coming at a person who shares a lot from a variety of sources. With all due respect, you can not be seriously equating posting a fresh photo editorial to recycled low quality instagram content. The instagram stuff on here isn't even new. Dude has probably posted the exact same individual insta Sherri Hill photos 10 times each, meanwhile there is a megafile that has been posted a few times here with all her Sherri Hill work and it gets buried by dude's low quality insta posts. The fact that this has been brought up by multiple people in the past already suggests that there are plenty of people that feel this way about it, it's not just me like I was accused of last time I brought it up. But yeah, thanks for the suggestion to mute users, because it is always such a let down to see an update on a model and then realize it is a recycled instagram post

I absolutely prefer seeing editorials, especially exciting work by top photographers and designers in which models demonstrate their artistry and that they're more than just walking mannequins. I'm betting that even posters you don't like also prefer those UHQ eds as well, but that's not everything that models or other celebs produce. And their other work can be posted within the guidelines of the website. As I said to Nerdloser above, some of us aren't on the variety of social media sites that others are, so haven't seen the earlier appearance elsewhere. I'm not trying to impose my viewing patterns or tolerances on anyone here, just pointing out that while you (and others) might get frustrated, there are actually others who are ok with/finding work-arounds. Sure, the quality of the images varies--it always has on this site. Before muting became on option, the scroll-by was my go-to. Hang in, and I hope you can keep enjoying the site in whatever way you use it.
