    Thanks PC. looks tough. So you use screen caps to get video, wow. Would you have to get every single screencap. I'll try it tomorrow. I'm heading to the beach.

    ^ i don't think it's that complicated. when it comes to video-avatars, i'm using nice little proggie called 'Video Avatar'. it makes creating avatars from vids very simple (but of course you'll need to tweak them in Fireworks or smth like this afterwards :p )
