August 9, 200816 yr ^ i don't think it's that complicated. when it comes to video-avatars, i'm using nice little proggie called 'Video Avatar'. it makes creating avatars from vids very simple (but of course you'll need to tweak them in Fireworks or smth like this afterwards )
