The teNeues website says it's pre-order only, and not to be published until mid-October, so still a bit away. But I was able to get V2 for around $45, back during a sale on Russell James' studio site where all the proceeds went to charity. The book is really new, in fact, it isn't even published yet. That's the original site where you can buy it: The blue text "Noch nicht erschienen" means "Not published yet" in English.
