All the pages have on them are page numbers, and a few have "pure new wool", "avia","adriano stucchi,stuff like that... footnote: the pages are larger then 8 1/2 X 11, so I am assuming they come from somewhere other then the USA. Unless they imported a Herald rack, or mocked one up just to throw people off. Also, my guess is, it's from about 1991. Niki is one of those models who takes a style well, and she can look deceptively mature in photographs, so it's a little hard to tell. Do you have any of the other pages from the catalog with other models? That might be very helpful. And here on Bellazon there's another good option, too. This site offers a "General Babe Discussion", http://www.bellazon.com/main/category25/ge...babe_discussion and you could definitely start a new topic in that forum (call it something like "Help with unknown international catalog?", or whatever you would like). The thing about "General Babe Discussion" versus Niki's thread is that you will probably get many, many more views, and there are Bellazon members literally from all over. Sometimes I had to look at the back of the magazine to see what the name of the layout was called but at least I can move them into a better area of my site now. budduke Posted February 3, 2009 Share Posted February 3, 2009 Thank you everyone for the warm welcomes, as I go through the rest of my collection, maybe I can link in a few pics I have not seen out on the net before I place them on my site. Who knew that seeing that million dollar smile of Niki's on a 1994 calendar in a store would change my life and make me want to collect so many pictures of a woman I never have or will ever meet? Thank God I never have met Niki, My other love is the country singer Martina McBride. My wife and I got to meet Martina backstage at her concert and my wife was laughing her rear off at me because I could not speak to her, at least I didn't faint. All I was able to say to her was "can I get a picture?" and she put her arm around my back and I almost died! If I ever met Niki I think I would have a heart attack right on the spot! Just wanted to give a little history of who I am and why I like Niki so much, I feel there will never be another woman like her ever! Hi Kiki, I think if you join Bud's site, you will see the larger images. They aren't 5meg ultra hi-res monsters, but they are there on Bud's site in sizes like 900px X 1200px and the quality is good. Bud's site also offers the "light box" utility. This utility did not always work for me in the past (on every site, not just Bud's), but now it is working for me. You can group all the images you want together into one bundle; you just check-mark what you want, then the utility wraps everything into a single zip file for you to download (smaller, faster, easier) when you are done browsing. And I think this also may be why you can't see larger images until you log in. I think the "light box" utility is also handling the basic display of the images, and the utility is waiting for you to log in so it can go to work. But I think maybe Bud can answer better. I see the larger ones all the time and wonder what people are doing with images that large? I decided 1900X1200 is as big as any of my monitors have on them so that is the standard that I started using. That way it keeps down on the server load and storage but when I originally scan them in they are 3 times that size but for viewing on monitors I am not sure why you would want them at that high or a res. I think 1900x1200 would be a relatively large size. I believe the Google images service/search would actually classify that dimension as "extra large". 900x1200 would be relatively typical, I would say (and I think classified as "large" by the Google images service).
