You can definitely shower inside the vehicle. There are portable showers. There are also portable toilets. Fridge, Shower, toilet, stovetop, heater, sink, air conditioner (run by diesel fuel) can be had, albeit very weak versions of what is normal. Vanlife has some activities that become time consuming and daily chore: -overnight parking -water supply. This seems like a major annoyance. And other "basic" activities become a lot more time consuming and one has to drive there to do them. And risks like van breakdowns.

Yes she does it herself. The van that she drives is a good size however it isn't the most stealthy for parking purposes. I don't see any video about parking which is the biggest problem.
