no, i dont no how to make wallpapers. i do have photoshop cs but i barely no how to use it.

thats cause adobe made a real hard program

its actually really easy if you learn the basics

neo is right about photoshop cs i do no some of the basics though i still need to master them all

WZ, those two aren't mine. BTW, I use gimp for my editin, its free software that's available at GIMP.org that seems to be just as good as photoshop. There are some great tutorials at gimpguru.org. I also use CleanSkin FXavailable for free at http://www.mediachance.com/digicam/cleanskin.htm. It usually does a great job at cleaning up skin tones and is incredibly easy to use.
