The reason being that english is the only common language of the staff and thus posting in English makes the board easier to moderate for the vastly outnumbered staff. Thank you . Ignoring the fact that I'm not sure anyone has ever gotten it twice (maybe they have, I don't have the info off hand, but it certainly has not happened lately), Bar probably shouldn't have even gotten it last year. Brooklyn Decker had a number of things over Bar: an extra year, hosting some of the SI specials, and, frankly, better photos. Bar had the advantage of being a bigger name.The idea that Bar would get the cover yet again, rather than Brooklyn (who has received a large increase in press coverage since last year), is just silly. The Brazilian models they use (Tamaris, Isabel ect.), it doesn't really change much from their real hair (probably because it can't be more full).
