Following the launch of the "Especially Escada" fragrance last year, wants the fashion house and a tie with Madame Rafaeli sommerlicheren variant of the original perfume on the great success of 2011. "Bar is the perfect choice as it is not only beautiful but also full of energy and enthusiasm," says Megha Mittal, owner of fashion house Escada. And so last week "Especially Escada - Delicate Notes" presented in Berlin and Bar Rafaeli has it can not be assumed to present the scent personally. She invited to a tea-time into the Mandala Hotel at Potsdamer Platz, and told with gourmet canapés and all kinds of sweets such as mini-scones with pink clotted cream, the campaign shoot with photographer Mark Seliger and their relation to brand: is "of course Escada for classic and elegant, but the fashion is casual and does not take itself too seriously, you can have fun in it ... ". neonntiger92 Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 i was just looking through the beginning of this thread and i couldn't help but think of how different bar's career would have been if she had done Victoria's Secret in 05/06she would have been perfect for the lingerie (the swimwear goes without saying) and PINK too! imagine if she had done VS, oh man, that would have been great. she would have been so good for the brand, imo. superRDF Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 just a quick opinion obviously we'll never know how her career could have been or not. personally i don't think she fits the VS model fold. you can simply break it down to the SI vs VS mold (though yes some have done both) Bar is very much a SI girl in her body shape. a worry for some fans of models in VS is the loss of their figure in order to meet some standard (see Candice S.) Not only would that have been a terrible thing for Bar but also i don't think Bar would have ever agreed to those standards. truth is Bar will never be a runway model, as wijn said she doesn't really have the legs for it or the walk. not to mention she's already 27 and i think she only did a few in the mid 2000's? not that it's a big deal imo. her editorials are always amazing and i'm more than happy to take them.
