He filed a NIS 2 million counter-suit against her and her father. As for Bar Refaeli's father, Ben Dov said, "We knew by the first day that the campaign would fail. Bar was wonderful, in contrast to her business manager. The fact that I am here makes headlines, and you made sure that there would be photographers here and that everything will appear in the newspapers causing unspeakable damage." Ben Dov contends that Bar Refaeli's father threatened him, saying, "When I arrived at court today, Mr. Refaeli was waiting for me, and said, 'I told you that I would take you to court.' He kept his threat." In 2006, Bar Refaeli filed a NIS 4.4 million lawsuit against Suny for allegedly using her character and pictures for purposes not agreed to in the contract signed by the parties. By the way Fox company that bar is working for many years only growing and making profite and i am sure Bar have part on fox seccess as there are photos of bar on every shop/internet and printed cataloge. i also know that bar's family sue many people and also sometimes not behave nice to many people here like paparzi and other press and this is not nice to do that. Bar is famous, people want to take photos and interview and while she is in public places do not expect that people will not try to take close pictures of her or try to talk with her and if they do try to hit them or ignore tham sometimes bar forget that the people on the street and the press are still big part of the seccess. I would expect from the family espacsilly from bar's father not to go and get in touch with this people and not try to protect bar by himself and look before where Bar is going. For example if there are photo day and they inviate many press from all networks in Israel and bar take the mobile phone and text somebody in the room - is she and zipi expect that people will not look? this is funny! put milk to the cat and ask him why he takes it all...
