Yes, the dress accents her upper body very much and in a feminine and grave way - but if you match her body with the models before and after her walk, so you can see the special beauty of her shoulders in my opinion. I think she has made a strong impression on the australian people. Is it sure that she won't be part of NYF week? Isn´t it so that every "year" matters when you are a young model? 

I don't think we will see her at NYC FW this season, unless she is exclusive or have something already booked. IMG haven't included her in their show packages, she has not been added to the IMG models NY development board and she haven't been around for the casting week. I think for a young model the most important thing is that you continue your development. Timing is very important, some models can get alot of work some seasons and have a hard time in others. I do hope some editorials with Luisa will surface soon atleast, been ages since we have seen her in magazines.                                                                                                                                                          

Oh.., thanks comtrend!! It´s a little bit sad, I was on holiday and missed that she isn't included in the show packages by IMG. But I´m sure that the agency put things on the right track and develops her as comtrend already mentioned.

I am also really very sad when it will be true that Luisa isn´t at NYFW...plausible reason she has no show package there. That will be than the second one in September she is missing there. Too sad. I don´t understand the IMG politic that they think she is not good enough for that FW  and has to improve again. Yes I also think as Libelle, that every year counts in a young carreer. But ok let us wait for another season. But also as comtrend hopes, I do hope to see her soon in some magazine publications! If not I don´t know what to think of that all! Yes, it is long time ago when she was in German Instyle and this was her last editorial for months. Very unusual but possible it has a plausible reason? But I think you can develope as model also when you have publications or campaigns... the development is going on with such experiences for every model, also the big names are developing with each shoot. What do you mean with exclusive booking comtrend? For a campaign or catwalk appearence? as reason she is missing again? We also thought this last year when there was no communication of FB and no publications in magazines or newspapers. But this was mid of last year.. I really thought that it is now going on with her very quick after that great sucees at these Sydney Fashion days. I would love to see her in australian CLEO magazine which would be a good starter for her.

Where are all those lovely pictures that are not shown in her Portfolio? Why? Where these magazine shoots. I hope it.

Comtrend, with Luisa beeing in NY/Sydney, signed with IMG Worldwide, seeing how well she performed and was accepted in Sydney, I guess it's time to be optimistic again.

My 2 candidates for a direct booking would be Charlotte Ronson or Hilfiger, but that is sheer speculation.

 

Sheila, my guess is, with the first real publication, Luisas career starts, this can only be done once. For now, it has not started yet. Possibly because of this the Factice publication was withdrawn?

But, if IMG and Munich Models are that careful, they must see a lot of potential in Luisa, which they don't want to waste with a bad start.

I still hope we will see Luisa at NYFW this season. I think she did improve her walk and her attitude.

I'm back here, and I'm so happy that our queen is back in the business better than ever  :wub2:

I read here almost every day since I know that Luisa is in New York. I'm so happy that our Luisa is so successful, some of the testshots are really amazing, imo better than anything before.  MB Fashion Festival was such a great start in Sydney. I think many people working there are impressed by Luisa. 

And now two spread photoshoots, It's amazing, she can make her portfolio ready for big things. You guys do such a great job. How do you find the photoshoots? Really well done.

Too bad that Luisa doesn't twitter. 

I think the Journal Magazine shooting, which comtrend posted, might be a cover shooting...

Not 100% sure though, if we will see Luisa or the other model on the cover (or both)
