August 28, 20168 yr Old place was an apt with a communal gated pool. Selling records for apts in the same complex show that if he owned the apt he sold it for roughly 300 -335K. Nothing special. New place is a ranch styled home with a Spanish roof in a decent area of Los Angeles. Lots of care went into curb appeal (beautiful flowers in the front yard), he also lives on a corner lot. Backing away from this... no more stalking
