Wish she never signed her VS contract in the first place!

She signed her VS contract at a difficult time when models were only allowed to do commercial work or high fashion work but they could not do both

She lost her high fashion image at that time she sgned with VS because she was getting too commercial

VS gave her not 1 fantasy bra/not 1 show opening

VS did not do anything for her carreer (except a USA Elle cover + USA Vanity Fair cover)

Hopefully she is still able to shoot a/some Spring-Summer campaign(s) now she left VS ... although that chance is little

What a bunch of nonsense. You are clearly too emotionally involved (for no reason) to see things clearly.

Victoria's Secret made Doutzen a household name on a worldwide level and opened a bunch of doors for her. They had a great run together and now both parties are moving on. The end.

Stop acting like she was robbed or something. Jesus.

Exclusive: Google Ranks Top-Searched Models and Fashion Trends

Earlier today, Google released the results of its annual A Year in Search, spotlighting the people, places, and trends the Internet has been stalking online throughout 2014. Featuring everyone from Jennifer Lawrence (the most searched person) to Rihanna (the most searched red-carpet dress), these results represent an aggregation of trillions of searches users asked Google throughout the year. But we wanted to know how the specific models and terms we have obsessed over all year long ranked, so Google made a curated search for Style.com, featuring the best of the best.

The most Googled fashion trends are determined via data from the searches with the highest spikes of the year. Normcore might not be the word of the year, but being shut out of the Oxford English Dictionary didn’t stop the fashion movement from trending—hard—online. In fact, this decidedly average fad has officially scored the number-one spot on the list as the most Googled fashion trend of 2014.  Meaning, despite the fact that normcore was everywhere (in storeson the runways, and in real life), people still wanted more details. Other top-searched trends included buzzy Internet terms health goth, althleisure, and wearables, as well as plain old products like crop tops and over-the-knee boots.

While the top trends are no big surprise, the most Googled models might be. In a year that arguably belongs to Kendall Jenner, it’s actually Kate Upton who heads the list of the top 20 fashion models. She’s followed by Kendall Jenner, at number two, then Miranda Kerr, Heidi Klum, Gisele Bündchen, and Kate Moss. Although it’s assumed that fellow Insta-girl models would clock in high on the list like Jenner, they came in unexpectedly low. Gigi Hadid was the eighth most-searched, followed by Karlie Kloss at nine and Hailey Baldwin at 15. But perhaps most shockingly, they all beat out Cara Delevingne, who came in at number 16. She might be big on Tumblr (and immortalized as a wax figure), but when it comes to search, people still just want to keep up with the Kardashians…and Upton.

^ You have to factor in how big 2013 was for her before her pregnancy. She I think got more campaigns &editorials than any other model in the industry ( perhaps except Gisele ). Staying at VS now would definitely be a step back. TBH it is VS loss not hers.

Yes I agree now.

Also I think the high fashion world is really getting more and more disgusted with the VSFS so staying there would really be bad for her career.

Lol Bar Refaeli's career is a joke. She could never be in the 19th spot. Mirand can't be 3rd and Adriana would be in the top 5.

Lieke van lexmond is one of the biggest golddiggers in Holland (lieke & tatjana)

Only dating very rich miljonairs & (mainly) quote 500 men in the last 7 years BUT always denying that money is the reason she fell in love

And when she found out that 1 of the miljonairs was not rich anymore she dumped him immediately saying she lost her trust in him because he was not as wealthy as he claimed to be

A couple days before the break up she gave a tv interview saying she is so in love and he is the one for sure... blablabla

I think its just a matter of time before the Lexmond sisters ask Doutzen to model for their high priced fruit jewerly campaign so they get some international recognition

lexmond jewelry campaign

Model; doutzen kroes

Hair; mo karadag

Make up; mo karadag

Styling; jetteke van lexmond

Photography; paul bellaart

For Doutzen it must be hard to find new true friendship because every person wants to be her friend

But Mo Karadag takes the most advantage from Doutzens friendship

He is no specialist in hair and make up but he does do her hair & make up for every Dutch project she does

He is not even good and he said on rtl late night he never had a offer from other people (i am not surprised)

I dont know much about jetteke van lexmond but she seems nice and real

I think Jetteke is just as bad, I once sat near them in a restaurant the whole evening, and the whole family made a bad impression on me. Lieke's voice deafened my ear.

But I think Jetteke and D have a lot of common, being a mom with 2 kids etc. and they are in the same business. Lieke is just the 3rd wheel desperate for D's attention.

I would never have expected them 3 to be friends, also that Nicolette van Dam person who wants to be Doutzen and imitates Doutzen's Instagram posts. Those P.C. Hooftstraat celebrities are too irritating for words and think Doutzen is above that and really doesn't match with the BNN'ers.
